CrushOn AI in 2026: prices, the free plan, refunds and what happens to your chats

By The Best AI Girlfriend App Updated Desk research, 10 min read

Desk researchBuilt from public sources checked 3 November 2026. We have not tested these apps hands-on.

  • Paid tiers: $5.99 to $199.99 a month
  • Free chats deleted after 7 idle days
  • Terms: fees are non-refundable

TL;DR

CrushOn AI's five paid tiers ($5.99 to $199.99 a month), what the free plan keeps, its no-refund terms and its chat training clause. Re-checked 31 Oct 2026.

CrushOn AI is a character chat app run by Techiepie Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus. On 21 October 2026 its pricing page listed five paid tiers from $5.99 to $199.99 a month, and a free plan with 100 message credits a month whose chat history “will be deleted after 7 days of inactivity”. Its terms, last modified on 22 September 2026, say usage fees are “non-refundable” except where the refund policy or the law says otherwise.

This is a research overview. We read CrushOn’s pricing page, terms, privacy policy and help wiki on 21 October 2026 and quote them with dates. We have not paid for CrushOn, so there is no score here. How we test explains what a paid test would add. CrushOn is for adults 18 and over.

CrushOn AI prices: five tiers from $5.99 to $199.99

CrushOn sells memberships by the month or by the year, and each tier comes with a monthly allowance of message credits. Prices below are what the pricing page showed on 21 October 2026, in US dollars. We viewed it from outside the US, so check the price at checkout.

TierMonthlyYearly (billed once)Yearly, per monthMessage credits a monthMemory
Free$0$0$01008K
Standard$5.99$58.88$4.912,00016K
Premium$14.99$94.88$7.916,00016K
Luxe$39.99$299.99$25.0020,00016K

Imperial$199.99$1,799.99$150.00125,00024K

On top of a membership, CrushOn sells a Pro Chat Package at $39.99 a month or $299.99 a year for “Unlimited access to Pro Models”. The page adds that “most Pro Models require a membership”, so the package adds to a membership. CrushOn’s wiki describes the Chat Package as “a one-time purchase”, which does not match the monthly and yearly prices on the pricing page, so check the checkout screen before you buy it.

The yearly plan halves Premium: $94.88 a year works out at $7.91 a month, against $14.99 billed monthly. On 21 October Premium also showed a crossed-out monthly price of $19.99. By 31 October that had gone, and the Premium card read “Save $84 (47% Off)” for the yearly plan.

What the free plan gives you, and what it deletes

The free plan gives 100 message credits a month, unlimited use of CrushOn’s free models, and paid “Pro Models” for credits. CrushOn’s strongest models are off the table: the page says “Ultra Models are Unavailable”. Memory is 8K, with 200 past messages kept per character.

The free plan also deletes chats. Its line on the pricing page reads “Chat History will be deleted after 7 days of inactivity.” Paid plans say “Chat History is kept during the Membership Period”, which suggests your history depends on staying subscribed. If a long-running character matters to you, the free plan can lose it after one quiet week.

CrushOn AI roleplay: characters, scenes and memory by plan

CrushOn is built around roleplay with characters that users write. Its wiki explains that “Every message from a user is treated as part of a shared scene” and that the model replies in character. To keep a story coherent, the system “may loop in bits of previous conversation behind the scenes”, which the wiki says helps “even if its actual memory is short”. How much of the story the model keeps depends on your plan.

How you build a character

On 3 November 2026 CrushOn’s character form asked for a name, gender, introduction, greeting, personality, appearance and scenario. The form says which fields reach the model’s memory:

  • The introduction is display text: “This won’t influence memory or prompts.”
  • The greeting, the character’s first message, “will only be included in short-term memory”.
  • The personality “will be included in long-term memory”, so this is where traits and backstory belong.

The form also takes a scene card, an image that becomes the chat background. A “World Card” lets you attach setting notes, and the form says “the LLM will automatically recall relevant details”. You can add an example conversation, up to 9 tags, up to 3 recommended models and a voice (in beta), or import a character from a PNG or JSON file. Each character is rated Filtered or Unfiltered and set to Public, Unlisted or Private.

In chat, CrushOn’s feature guide lists editing messages, branching a conversation, pinning messages, custom instructions and saved memories. Its creation guides also cover multi-character bots, which manage several characters and their interactions in one scene.

Memory and roleplay limits on each plan

The pricing page sets the roleplay limits per tier. This table shows them as published on 3 November 2026. We re-checked the yearly prices that day. The monthly prices are from our 31 October check, because CrushOn rate-limited our later page loads.

TierPrice a month (monthly / yearly)MemoryPast messages kept per characterText you can pin per chatAuto summaryLongest AI reply

Imperial$199.99 / $150.0024K models1,5008,000 charsHigh frequency650, adjustable

The page gives no unit for the reply length or the “K” memory figures. Paid tiers say “Access to 16K Memory Models” or “24K Memory Models”, so the memory you get also depends on the model you pick. CrushOn’s strongest “Ultra” models cost message credits on every paid tier and are not available on Free.

Two more limits matter for roleplay. You can run 1 chat per character at a time on Free, rising to 3 on Standard and 30 on Imperial. Group chat, with several characters in one conversation, is not available on Free. Paid tiers get it on a “Unique Model with 8K Memory”, smaller than their own memory.

Roleplay rules

CrushOn’s community rules say “Crushon is available only to users 18 and older”, and its login box asks you to confirm you are at least 18. The rules ban characters “who are minors or whose age is not clearly defined as over 18”, including “aged-up” characters first drawn as minors. Avatars “must not impersonate real individuals without consent”. CrushOn says human moderators and automated systems check for violations.

Cancelling CrushOn and getting a refund

CrushOn’s terms say “Usage fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.” The only refund the policy then describes is for creator content bought with Diamonds. The terms add: “We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or downgrades.” The help wiki puts it plainly: “Most periods are non-refundable once started.”

Monthly plans “renew on the same calendar day each month”. To stop the next charge, the terms give the path Profile, My Subscription, Manage, Cancel Subscription, and you keep access until the end of the billing cycle. The cancellation has to go in before the next billing date.

If you paid through SubscribeStar, CrushOn’s wiki says: “Do not select an option that ends access immediately unless that is what you intend. Check the stated refund terms before confirming.” If you paid through Apple or Google, the wiki gives the store routes: Google Play, then Subscriptions, then CrushOn, or your Apple account, then Subscriptions, then CrushOn.

Diamonds and the Chat Package are also final. The wiki answers “No. Purchased diamonds are non-refundable.” for Diamonds and “No. Once activated, the Chat Package is non-refundable.” for the Chat Package.

What CrushOn does with your chats

CrushOn trains AI on your conversations. Its privacy policy, last modified on 6 March 2025, says “We may use User Content from character chats to train AI models.” It adds that chat content is used “in a general way for training our models” and that CrushOn “will not link chat contents to specific users”.

Three more clauses decide what stays private:

  • Ads tracking on mobile. On the mobile app, third parties may collect “unique IDs, IP addresses, device information” to target ads. The website uses Google Analytics and Tag Manager “for remarketing and behavioral targeting”.
  • No fixed retention period. CrushOn keeps personal information “for so long as it is reasonably necessary”.
  • Old messages stay. The wiki answers “Can I delete chat messages older than 24 hours?” with “No. Only newer messages can be deleted.”

To delete your account, the wiki gives Profile, Settings, Delete Account, and warns “Do not assume that a deleted account can be restored.” It also lists an active subscription as a reason deletion can fail, so cancel first. The privacy policy also offers account closure by email to support@crushon.ai. Our comparison of eight apps’ privacy policies shows how CrushOn’s training clause sits next to the rest.

Who runs CrushOn and how users rate it

CrushOn’s terms name “TECHIEPIE LTD, a company registered in Cyprus”, with an office in Nicosia. The terms include a class action waiver and cap CrushOn’s liability at what you paid in the six months before a claim. They also let CrushOn modify or discontinue the service “with or without notice”.

On Trustpilot, crushon.ai still had a TrustScore of 1.8 from 22 reviews on 31 October 2026. The profile is unclaimed, and Trustpilot notes the company has no history of asking for reviews, so the score is small and self-selected. Three complaints repeat:

  • A $0.99 card charge to access 18+ content, reported by three reviewers: “required me to enter my full credit card details (number, expiration date, and CVV) and pay $0.99.” (20 August 2026). CrushOn’s FAQ does not mention this charge.
  • Renewal billing that went wrong: “the first renewal I had on my monthly immediately charged me, dropped me down to free and left me with no updates.” (20 July 2026).
  • Weak paid models: “Models are barely functional most of the time even the most expensive ones often have issues.” (1 April 2026).

We could not check a Google Play rating. The listing that still shows in search returned “Not Found” when we opened it on 21 October 2026, and CrushOn’s own FAQ points Android users to an APK file instead.

If CrushOn is not the right fit

CrushOn suits you if you want to chat with characters other users have made and you will pay yearly, since the yearly plan costs about half the monthly price on Premium. It suits you less if you need refunds, long chat retention on the free plan, or an app you can find in Google Play.

If you are weighing other adult companion apps, our Character AI alternatives comparison lists eight on price, free tier and chat training. We earn a commission if you subscribe through the next two links. Both apps publish clearer money rules than CrushOn: Candy AI refunds within 24 hours if you have used 20 tokens or fewer, and OurDream publishes a cost for every image, voice minute and video second. Our Candy AI vs OurDream comparison sets their fine print side by side. For eight apps lined up against CrushOn on price and chat terms, see CrushOn AI alternatives. If the free plan is what you care about, our free NSFW AI chat apps page compares free tiers, and our DarLink AI overview covers another character app with strict cancel terms.

Before you pay CrushOn, decide between monthly and yearly, note your renewal date, and if you pay through SubscribeStar, read the stated refund terms on the cancel screen before you confirm.

What changed on 3 November 2026

We added a section on CrushOn’s roleplay features: how the character form feeds short-term and long-term memory, scene and world cards, chat tools, a table of memory and roleplay limits on each plan, and CrushOn’s roleplay rules. The yearly prices, message credits and memory sizes on the pricing page were unchanged on 3 November.

On 31 October 2026 we re-read every source. CrushOn’s prices are unchanged apart from the crossed-out $19.99 on Premium, which has gone. Its wiki rewrote the SubscribeStar cancel warning, so we removed our screenshot of the old one, and it no longer promises a 3-day window to recover a deleted account. We added the App Store and Google Play cancel routes, the Chat Package contradiction, three Trustpilot complaints and the wiki’s current wording.

Questions

Does CrushOn AI have a mobile app?

CrushOn's FAQ tells iPhone users to add the website to the home screen and Android users to download an APK for manual installation. The Google Play listing that still appears in search returned "Not Found" when we opened it on 31 October 2026. The same wiki also gives cancel steps for App Store and Google Play subscriptions, and the terms mention both stores, so a store app may exist in some countries.
