Lovescape AI is an AI companion app run by Warmtech Ltd, a company registered in Limassol, Cyprus. Its plan pages now show prices to logged-out visitors: Premium costs $19.99 for one month, $12.99 a month on a 3-month plan or $7.99 a month on a 12-month plan billed $95.88. Its terms say that when you cancel a card subscription, the current billing period “is considered paid”, and its token currency, Chips, is “non-refundable once purchased”.
This is a research overview. We read Lovescape’s terms, privacy policy and help centre on 21 October 2026, re-checked them and its plan pages on 31 October 2026, and quote them with dates. We have not paid for Lovescape, so there is no score. How we test explains what a paid test would add. Lovescape is for adults 18 and over.
What Lovescape AI shows before you pay
Lovescape sells three plans, each shown on its own page before sign-up on 31 October 2026:
| Plan | 1 month | 3 months | 12 months | Monthly Chips |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premium | $19.99 | $12.99 a month | $7.99 a month, billed $95.88 | 600 |
| Creative PRO | $64.99 | $49.99 a month | $29.99 a month, billed $359.88 | 3,000 |
| Ultra | “Lifetime”, $399.60 once ($999 struck out) | 4,000 |
The site header carries a “-60%” badge. When we first read the site on 21 October, the old premium address showed no prices and the badge read “-75%”. That address now returns a not-found page. Lovescape’s help centre lists what Premium includes: unlimited chat, custom characters built from “100+ traits”, voice messages from characters and an image generator.
| Rule | What Lovescape publishes | Where |

| Chips | Non-refundable, never expire | Help centre |
| Data kept | “As long as necessary”, no fixed period | Privacy policy 15 |
| Payment | Visa, Mastercard or crypto | Help centre |
How a Lovescape card subscription renews and cancels
Plans renew on their own at the end of each term: “A renewed subscription will have the same term as the immediately preceding subscription.” Lovescape’s terms add a separate rule for card payments. A card subscription renews “regardless of the length of the subscription term”, and on cancellation “the current billing period is considered paid”. Clause 3.9 says the current billing period “is considered provided and cannot be cancelled”. You can still cancel at any time in account settings, and access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

The Refunds section, 4.1, rules out a refund if Lovescape ends your account for a breach of the terms. For every other case it names no refund window. It says fees are governed by other rules posted on the site or set by the payment company.
What “lifetime” means in Lovescape’s terms
Lovescape now sells a lifetime plan called Ultra, at $399.60 once. Its terms define the word narrowly:

Clause 3.6 ties “lifetime” to “the duration of the service’s commercial availability” and says it does not mean the lifetime of the user. Lovescape can change, limit or close the service at any time. If it closes, the clause says “no refunds shall be provided, except where required by applicable law.” The clause still refers to “Pro or Premium” lifetime access, although the plan on sale is named Ultra.
Chips, the separate token currency
Chips pay for extras on top of a subscription, mostly image generation. Each plan includes a monthly Chip grant: 600 on Premium, 3,000 on Creative PRO and 4,000 on Ultra. Each image shows its Chip cost before you generate it. Only active subscribers can buy more Chips. They never expire, and the help centre says they are “Non-refundable once purchased”. Lovescape also gives out free promo Chips, often announced on its Discord.
Lovescape’s privacy policy and who reads chats
Warmtech’s privacy policy, last modified on 4 June 2024, says “we have never sold and will never sell your personal data to third parties”. It sets no fixed retention period: data is kept “for as long as necessary”, and longer if there is a complaint or a prospect of a legal claim. The policy does not mention training AI models on chats.
Some of Warmtech’s suppliers sit outside the European Economic Area, so your data may leave it. A buyer or successor would receive personal data if the company were sold, restructured or went bankrupt. The policy allows interest-based advertising. To remove information, you email help@lovescape.com, and the policy warns that “In some cases, we may not be able to remove” it. No help article describes deleting an account, so that email is the only published route. In the app, “Clear Chat” deletes one chat’s history.
The help centre says “All conversations are private”. Lovescape’s moderation policy describes “a hybrid moderation system combining automation and human review”, and its terms go further: the moderation system “monitors your Content”, and Lovescape “may access, review, screen, edit, modify and delete your Content”. Treat private chats as readable. Our privacy comparison of eight apps shows how other companion apps handle chat data and deletion.
Two web addresses and one company
lovescape.ai and lovescape.com belong to the same operator. Both list help@lovescape.com and name Warmtech, and the terms on lovescape.ai grant access to “Lovescape.com”. The two sites are marketed differently: lovescape.ai as an AI girlfriend and boyfriend chat app, lovescape.com as an adult image and video generator.
The company is Warmtech Ltd, registration HE 418620, at Spyrou Kyprianou 75 in Limassol. Disputes go to the courts of Cyprus under Cypriot law. On Trustpilot, lovescape.ai had a TrustScore of 3.3 from 8 reviews on 31 October 2026, on an unclaimed profile, and the lovescape.com profile had been removed. Two reviewers say a trial charged them at once: “They tell you you’ll only be charged after 3-days. This is not true, they charge instantly.” (1 May 2026).
Companion apps with clearer refund rules
Lovescape suits you if a yearly Premium plan at $7.99 a month fits and you accept that a cancelled card period counts as paid. Other apps publish refund windows.
We earn a commission if you subscribe through the next two links. OurDream publishes $19.99 a month or $119.88 a year on its homepage, and Candy AI refunds within 24 hours if you have used 20 tokens or fewer. Swipey AI lists $7.99 a month and deletes chats within 30 days of closing an account. HeraHaven hides its prices until sign-up and calls every charge final. Our Character AI alternatives comparison lines up eight apps.
If you do sign up for Lovescape, screenshot the plan, term and price at checkout, and look for any trial wording before you enter a card.

What changed on 31 October 2026
Lovescape now shows its prices before sign-up on separate Premium, Creative PRO and Ultra pages, so we replaced our line that said it hid them and added the full price table. Its terms now say “current billing period” where they said “current month”, its header badge reads “-60%”, and its Trustpilot score is 3.3 from 8 reviews. We added the terms’ content-review clause, the account deletion route, the Ultra lifetime plan and a question on trials.
