Nastia AI is a web-based AI companion app run by Nastia Cybernetics, a French company. On 27 October 2026 its comparison page listed three monthly prices: “Flat monthly: Free / $11.99 / $15.99. All features included in plan.” Its terms say “All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or where a technical error prevented delivery”, and they put disputes under French law.
This is a research overview. On 27 October 2026 we read Nastia AI’s homepage, comparison page, terms, privacy policy, refund policy and help center, and the French company register. We quote them with their dates. We have not paid for Nastia AI, so this page has no score and no verdict on its chats. How we test explains what a paid test would add. Nastia AI is for adults: its terms say “Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.” For other options, our Character.AI alternatives comparison lists adult companion apps with their published prices.
Nastia AI plans and prices
Nastia AI publishes its monthly prices on its own comparison page against Candy AI.

The checkout itself needs a login, so the yearly prices and limits below come from the plan table in Nastia’s own app code, read on 27 October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly (app code) | Daily tokens (app code) | Companions (app code) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | n/a | Daily limits, number not published | 1 |
| Basic | $11.99 | $87.95 | 200 | Up to 2 |
| Unlimited | $15.99 | $99.95 | 400 | Up to 5 |
The yearly plans cost less. Basic at $87.95 a year is 39% under 12 months at $11.99, and Unlimited at $99.95 is 48% under 12 months at $15.99 (our arithmetic). Nastia’s help center says yearly subscribers “are billed once per year at a discounted rate”. The comparison page calls the lower plan “Standard”, while the help center calls it “Basic”.
Nastia’s terms allow price changes without a notice period: “We may change prices at any time.” All payments are in US dollars.
The Nastia AI token system
Nastia’s comparison page tells Candy AI users that “Nastia has no token system” and lists “No token add-ons”. Nastia’s own refund policy, dated May 2026, says otherwise. It covers “One-time token packages to unlock premium features”. Nastia’s app code lists five packs, from 500 tokens for $3.99 to 30,000 for $89.95, each marked “Never expire”.

The smallest pack costs 2.66 times as much per token as the largest (our arithmetic). The free plan also runs on tokens: the comparison page lists “Daily token limits” on it.
Nastia’s terms add that “Prepaid passes or gift cards bought from third-party stores are sold and charged by that store under its own terms”. Nastia’s app code links its token packs to listings on G2A, a key reseller.
Nastia AI’s privacy policy and the 7-year rule
Nastia’s privacy policy, last updated 16 September 2026, keeps your information “while your account is open”, and lets you delete chats, images and videos at any time. Records of rule violations last longer.

Nastia keeps the prompts and chats of accounts that broke its rules “for up to 7 years, or longer where needed for an investigation or legal claim”. Payment records stay “for as long as accounting and tax law requires”. Backups are “overwritten on a regular cycle”, with no period given.
The homepage and the privacy policy describe encryption differently. The homepage FAQ says: “We use industry-standard encryption to protect all conversations and personal data.” The privacy policy is narrower: “We protect your information with encryption in transit and access controls”. It makes no claim about encryption at rest or end-to-end encryption.
Nastia uses your content “To maintain and improve the Service, including the quality of companion replies and our safety systems”. The privacy policy names no opt-out. It shares data with “analytics and advertising providers” and processes data in the US under standard contractual clauses. Our privacy comparison of eight companion apps shows how other apps word training and retention.
Cancelling Nastia AI, refunds and deleting your account
Nastia’s help center gives this cancel path:
- Open the sidebar, then the three-dot menu on your profile row.
- Choose Membership, then Manage.
- Under Danger Zone, choose Cancel membership.
- Give a reason if you want (“we may suggest an offer or a pause”), then confirm.
The homepage FAQ gives a shorter path, “Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription.” If you cannot log in, the help center says to email cancel@nastia.ai with the last 4 digits of your card, the cardholder name, and the amount and date of your last charge. You can also pause instead: “You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days”, after which billing “resumes automatically”.
Nastia refunds almost nothing. The refund policy says “we operate a no-refund policy, unless required by law or in cases of technical error”. When you cancel, you keep the paid period, and “Premium features end when your billing period expires.” The help center warns that “some images or memories may be removed when your plan expires.”
The homepage and the help center disagree on deletion. The homepage says “You can delete your account and data at any time”, but the help center says “You won’t be able to delete your account while a subscription is active.” Cancel first, then delete under Settings, Account, Danger zone. Deletion “takes effect immediately”. Download any chat you want to keep before you delete, because “There is no one-click export for everything”.
Nastia’s app code gives its card billing descriptor as “NASTIA.AI ST-LAURENT”. The terms list “Mastercard” and “Apple Pay and Google Pay (with a supported card)”, while the paywall code shows Visa logos.
French law and no arbitration clause
Nastia’s terms are “governed by and interpreted following the laws of France”, and disputes go to “the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France”. EU consumers keep the mandatory protections of their home country. The terms contain no arbitration clause and no class action waiver. Several apps we cover use arbitration instead: Hammer AI, for example, sends disputes to binding arbitration under Delaware law. Liability is capped at what you paid Nastia in the six months before a claim.
The terms also say users “waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change”, so the terms can change without an email to you.
Who runs Nastia AI
Nastia’s privacy policy names “Nastia Cybernetics” as “a French company, which is the controller of your personal information”. The site footer gives SIREN 982046385 but no postal address, and the terms and privacy policy list email contacts only. France’s public company register lists Nastia Cybernetics as a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) created on 1 November 2023. Its registered office is in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni, French Guiana, which matches the “ST-LAURENT” in the billing descriptor. Trustpilot’s profile for nastia.ai shows Anguilla as the contact country.
Nastia’s age check is a self-declaration in most countries. Where the law requires more, the help center describes a third-party check by facial age estimate, card check or ID, and says “Nastia receives only a yes or no answer on whether you are over 18.”
Nastia AI on Trustpilot and in the app stores
Nastia AI has a thin public record. On 31 October 2026 Trustpilot still showed a TrustScore of 2.1 from 19 reviews, with 74% at 1 star, on an “Unclaimed profile”. The 1-star reviews are mostly about charges:
- “When I signed up the agreed charge quadrupled.” (13 October 2026)
- “a convenient screen freeze ended up in being charged 100 usd instead of 8 usd.” (29 January 2026)
- “you subscribe for a month but then discover that your subscription has been deducted for a whole year.” (17 August 2025)
Nastia has no app in Apple’s US App Store or on Google Play. Its install page offers a web app with “No App Store Required”, although its comparison page says Nastia “is available on iOS, Android, and web”. Have I Been Pwned listed no breach for Nastia, and we found no Nastia affiliate program.
Before you pay for Nastia AI
Start on the free plan, because Nastia refunds nothing once you pay. If you subscribe, the yearly plans save 39% to 48% over monthly billing, and token packs bought in bulk cost less than half as much per token as the smallest pack. Cancel before you try to delete your account. If the no-refund rule puts you off, compare Candy AI and the apps in our Character.AI alternatives comparison.
Two apps on this site pay us if you subscribe: OurDream AI and Candy AI. Affiliate links: we may earn a commission at no cost to you.
