HeraHaven is an AI girlfriend and boyfriend chat app run by Vilala Limited, a company registered in Nicosia, Cyprus. Its privacy policy says it keeps images, video, audio and chat data for “5 years after the erasure of your account”. Its cancellation policy, version 22 August 2026, says “All charges are final and non-refundable”.
This is a research overview. We read HeraHaven’s terms of service, privacy policy and cancellation policy on 26 October 2026 and quote them with their version dates. We have not paid for HeraHaven, so there is no score and no verdict on chat quality. How we test explains what a paid test would add. HeraHaven is for adults 18 and over.
Who runs HeraHaven
The terms name the operator as Vilala Limited, company number HE 442229, at 61 Agiou Pavlou in Nicosia. The service generates chat messages from AI characters you design, plus images, videos and voice notes. You must be 18 or over to sign up.
HeraHaven does not show its prices to logged-out visitors. On 31 October 2026 its old premium address returned “404 - Not found”, and its checkout sits behind sign-up. Its terms say “The amount of each charge will be made clear to you before purchase”, so you see the cost after you register. The terms list Luna Package purchases as a separate charge from subscription fees.

What HeraHaven keeps after you delete your account
HeraHaven’s privacy policy sets a fixed retention period for everything you share in chat. Images, videos, audio and “Data you may share during chat” are kept for 5 years after your account is erased. Registration data, which covers your first name, email address and gender, carries the same 5-year period.
OurDream’s privacy policy, by comparison, keeps data “for the time necessary” and names no period. HeraHaven names one, and it is long. Deleting your account ends your access but does not erase the chat record for 5 years. Our privacy comparison of eight apps sets HeraHaven’s rule against how other companion apps handle deletion.
To use your GDPR rights (access, erasure, portability, objection) you email support@herahaven.ai. The policy promises a reply within 30 days. For other complaints, its complaint policy names complaints@herahaven.ai, with an acknowledgement within 24 hours and a resolution target of 7 business days. If HeraHaven does not resolve a privacy complaint, you can take it to the Cypriot Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
Who at HeraHaven can read your chats
The privacy policy says HeraHaven runs “a periodical sample check” on conversations for quality control and to patch its model. It says “your communication with the chatbot may become visible by our employees”. Those employees are bound by confidentiality agreements, the policy adds.
HeraHaven can also use what you share to train its models. The terms let it use content “to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services”. The terms name no setting for this. They say you opt out “by sending an email at support@herahaven.ai”.
The policy admits a limit on age checks too. It says “it is impossible to cross-check and verify the age” of users, so the 18+ rule rests on the entry screen.
Refunds: HeraHaven treats every charge as final
HeraHaven publishes no refund window. The cancellation policy lists subscription fees, recurring payments, Luna Package purchases and cryptocurrency payments as final, except where a law requires a refund.
Cancelling does not get you a part refund either. The policy says cancellation does not entitle you “to a prorated refund or service credit”. If HeraHaven shuts the service down, the terms say that gives no refund or credit either, unless a law requires one.
Candy AI, by comparison, publishes a 24-hour refund rule for card payments if you have used 20 tokens or fewer. HeraHaven publishes nothing like it, so check the price at checkout before you pay.
Cancelling HeraHaven and what changes at renewal
You cancel in your account settings, and access runs to the end of the period you paid for. The terms say you “will not be charged after that date”. If you cannot cancel in settings, the cancellation policy says to email support@herahaven.ai with your account details.
Two renewal rules help you. HeraHaven must give at least 30 days’ notice of a price rise, and the new price starts only at your next renewal, so you can cancel first. A failed payment, though, can lead HeraHaven to “downgrade your account or suspend your access” until it is paid.
Arbitration, and the 30-day opt-out
Outside the European Economic Area, HeraHaven’s terms send disputes to binding arbitration with National Arbitration and Mediation, and ban class actions. Its separate EEA terms have no arbitration clause, and let you close your account and “withdraw from these Terms within 14 days of accepting them”. Cyprus law governs the terms. You can opt out of arbitration “within 30 days of account creation” by email. Do that in the first month or you lose the option, except for later changes to the arbitration terms, which carry their own 30-day window.
Why so many HeraHaven reviews rank
HeraHaven runs an affiliate program that pays “$35 for each paying customer” sent to it, with weekly payouts. Most pages that rank for “HeraHaven review” are review sites, and any of them can join that program. It is a reason to check their claims against HeraHaven’s own policies. HeraHaven’s Trustpilot profile had been removed by 26 October 2026, so no public user rating exists to set against them.

What changed on 31 October 2026
We re-read HeraHaven’s terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy and affiliate page, and the wording we quote is unchanged. Its old premium page now returns a not-found error, so we updated that line. We added that the arbitration clause applies outside the EEA, where separate terms give a 14-day withdrawal right instead, and the complaints channel from its complaint policy.
