Secrets AI is an AI girlfriend chat site run by Secret Labs Inc. On 26 October 2026 its wiki listed Premium at $19.99 a month or $109.99 a year, and Ultimate at $39.99 a month or $319.99 a year. Its privacy policy says chat history is “Deleted immediately upon account deletion”.
This is a research overview. We read Secrets AI’s wiki, terms of service, privacy policy and refund policy on 25 and 26 October 2026, and we quote them with their dates. We have not paid for Secrets AI, so this page has no score and no verdict on chat quality. How we test explains what a paid test adds. Secrets AI plans and prices
Secrets AI sells three tiers. The free tier gives 20 messages a day. Premium and Ultimate give unlimited messages plus a monthly grant of moments, the credit that pays for images, video and calls.

The homepage showed a “50% OFF” badge on 26 October. The wiki explains how such sales bill: “The sale price applies to that first charge only, and the plan renews at the regular price shown above.” Budget for the table price from your second charge.
Secrets AI is a website, not a store app. Its wiki says “Secrets is not on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.” You add it to your home screen from the browser instead.
What a month of Secrets AI moments pays for
Moments run out faster than the 8,000 figure suggests. The Moments & Payments page prices an image at 50 moments, an audio call at “50 moments/minute” and a 5-second Everyday video at 640 moments. Spent on one thing, a Premium month buys 160 images, or 160 call minutes, or 12 short videos.
Granted moments expire each month. The wiki says “Unused grant moments don’t carry into the next month”, while moments you buy on top stay in your account. The end-to-end encryption claim
The Secrets AI homepage promises “Judgement-free conversations protected with end-to-end encryption”. The privacy policy, last updated 10 April 2026, describes something different. It lists “AES-256 encryption applied to all stored personal data and content” and “TLS 1.2 or higher” for data in transit.
That is encryption at rest and in transit. In end-to-end encryption only the two ends of a conversation can read it. The policy also says Secrets AI uses your data to “train and improve our AI models”, which means its systems process what you send. The phrase “end-to-end” does not appear in the privacy policy. The privacy policy is the text Secrets AI commits to.
The terms add two points. They say “no live humans are involved in the conversations” apart from you. They also say “we own the Output”, while you keep ownership of what you type.
What deleting your Secrets AI account removes
Secrets AI sets one of the shortest retention rules we have read for a companion app. Its privacy policy says your name, email and profile data, and your chat history, are deleted immediately when you delete your account.
Two records outlast the account. Transaction records stay for 7 years for tax and accounting, and security logs stay for up to 12 months. For audio calls, the policy says “the audio is immediately and permanently deleted”, but the text transcript is kept. HeraHaven, by comparison, keeps chat data for 5 years after you delete. Refunds, cancelling and G2A keys
Secrets AI’s refund policy, updated 21 October 2026, gives no money back for time you do not use. It says “No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period” and “All Moments purchases are final.” Crypto payments are “non-refundable under any circumstances”. You can dispute a billing error within 30 days of the statement.
EU and UK buyers get a 14-day right of withdrawal, with a deduction if they used premium features. The terms limit it to the first purchase: it “does not apply to any renewal periods”.
To cancel, go to Settings, then Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription. You keep access to the end of the period, and the wiki says cancelling “does not issue a refund for the current billing period”. Subscriptions paid in crypto cannot be resumed after you cancel. If you want to avoid auto-renewal, Secrets AI also sells prepaid 3-month and 12-month keys through G2A. They do not renew, G2A sets the price, and the wiki says “No refunds through us”.
Price rises come with notice. The terms promise “at least 30 days’ notice”, applied at your next renewal.
Disputes go to arbitration in Vancouver
The terms make British Columbia law govern any dispute. A claim goes to arbitration with a provider in British Columbia, and you give up class actions and jury trials.
We found no arbitration opt-out in the terms. You can choose small-claims court instead if you give written notice “within 60 days of the date your claim arose”. Any claim must start within one year. The company’s liability is capped at the greater of $100 or what you paid for a subscription in the last six months.
Trustpilot, affiliates and where to go next
Secrets AI held a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 297 reviews on 31 October 2026. The profile is claimed and marked “Paid Trustpilot subscription”. Its low-star reviews from 2026 repeat two complaints: failed images (“Image generation is 80% a complete failure”, 19 October 2026) and support tickets “just ignored with no communication” (28 July 2026). Secrets AI also pays affiliates “40% lifetime revshare or up to $70 CPA” for each referral, and any review site that ranks for its name can apply.
